About Roofing Luther: We Read the Roof Before We Recommend Anything
We are a roofing company serving Luther and the towns around it. Every job starts the same way: we look at the shingles, flashing, decking and gutters, find the cause of the problem, and explain it to you in plain terms before we suggest a repair or a new roof.

Why We Start Every Job With an Inspection
A stain on a ceiling rarely sits directly under the hole that caused it. Water can enter at a cracked pipe boot, run along the top of the decking, and drip several feet away. If a roofer patches the spot above the stain, you pay for a repair and the leak comes back. That is the mistake we built our process to avoid.
So before we talk about price, we walk the roof and check the parts that usually fail first: step flashing at walls, the counterflashing around chimneys, exposed nail heads, lifted shingle tabs, worn granules in the valleys, and soft spots in the decking underfoot. We look at the attic too when we can, because daylight at the ridge or dark staining on the sheathing tells us how long a problem has been working.
Then we show you what we found, with photos, and tell you which items need attention now and which can wait. Sometimes the honest answer is a small repair. Sometimes a roof has reached the end of its life and patching it would only waste your money. Either way, you hear the reasoning before you hear a number.
How We Work on Your Home
- 01
The cause before the cost
We do not write an estimate until we can point to why the roof is failing. A price built on a guess is a price that changes later.
- 02
Photos you can see for yourself
Most homeowners never climb onto their own roof. We take clear pictures of damaged shingles, flashing and decking so you can judge the condition with your own eyes.
- 03
Line-item estimates
Our written estimates break out tear-off, decking replacement, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and gutters as separate lines. You can see what each part of the job costs and ask about any of it.
- 04
A protected yard and a clean finish
We cover landscaping near the drip line, keep debris off the driveway, and run a magnet across the lawn for loose nails before we leave. Your home should look the way it did, with a better roof on top.
Where We Work
We handle roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters for homeowners in Luther and nearby Jones, Edmond, Choctaw, Harrah, Midwest City and Spencer. Central Oklahoma spring storms bring hail and straight-line wind, so a careful look after a storm helps you know whether your shingles were bruised or simply dirty before anyone talks about an insurance claim.
